Ordered a plaque. Turned out great. Was ready on time. They also did the embroidery for our employees uniforms

The customer service was ridiculous. I sent them a pdf of a photoshop file I made, and asked them to alter it to fit 4 colors instead of 5. It was changing the color of only one small, easily isolated piece. They sent me back a piece that was sloppily altered. When I said the edited version was unacceptable, they asked me to send them 4 different pictures of each color layer separated and changed to black all in scale.
