This guy is the real deal, knowledgeable and very capable. I went to see him for hardware repair a year ago and am about to visit again for the same. Highly recommended.

Mr. McCrea does not know me but I got his name from a friend who has used him. My kiln has been acting up and nobody near me knows how to fix it. He was so kind and asked me to take some pictures and send controller to him. He then called me back and asked me to test the elements by putting tissue in the coils. I quickly saw the new elements in the center were not working. He told me I had probably gotten a bad relay. I asked him to send me a bill for his time and he refused saying he was happy to help! Cliff is an excellent kiln repairman. He usually knows problem before he checks out kiln. He is very professional and a really nice person. I would recommend his work to anyone. He is “Johnny on the spot” if at all possible. Unless he has prior commitments. Then he will be there as soon as possible
Highly recommend. Cliff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have an old kiln and he was able to fix it. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. I also wanted to buy a digital kiln and he answered all my questions and he ordered it for me. Customer service is the best with Cliff. Again, I highly recommend Cliff.
