Mr. McCrea does not know me but I got his name from a friend who has used him. My kiln has been acting up and nobody near me knows how to fix it. He was so kind and asked me to take some pictures and send controller to him. He then called me back and asked me to test the elements by putting tissue in the coils. I quickly saw the new elements in the center were not working. He told me I had probably gotten a bad relay. I asked him to send me a bill for his time and he refused saying he was happy to help!
