UPDATE:: After a conversation with the chief operations officer, I believe he understood my position and worked with me on a resolution. Thanks!! Sales process was good. However the delivery process absolutely stunk! I was lied to and there was a HUGE communication breakdown. I was tied to my house waiting for the delivery for 6 hours! We ordered our siding, OSB and windows with them. Not only did we received semi damaged windows and were told that's how they come and no one else complains but we also got screwed and 11 extra windows were ordered and charged. The salesman took no responsibility for this mistake and will not let us return. We now are having to sell these extra windows for a discounted price. Highly do not reccomend a company that does not stand up for their mistakes and makes the client feel stupid for even mentioning the damages to the win... read more
