Dont use Tim he doesn't return phone calls or txt and he doesn't do his job so much so other attorneys get fed up from waiting on him to complete task. The worst part is he will file liens on any property you have. Don't trust him with your hard earned money.

At first when Im met Tim I thought he was alright .Soon after that I found out every time he opens his mouth he is lying.Paid him $5,000.00 cash & it took him 4 month's after I paid him to file my petition.He has been a attorney for 36 years & he filed my petition in the wrong court with the Judge giving him 20 days to amend my petition,but he did nothing but show up at my apartment & have me sign a release form.He also would not give me a accounting as to what my $5,000.00 cash was spent on.Later I found out he paid a $154.... read more
