Hired this company 3 yrs in a row to file small in-home business LLC taxes. Front desk was great to work with. Cpa's were difficult and mostly unavailable when questions came up. Also, they consistently charged me 30mins of phone time for 10min conversations. Unsure if that is industry standard but in order to process the taxes, questions need to be asked. Very expensive as well. Good luck getting an in person appt.

Huge tax penalties as a result of having set up unemployment insurance contributions for my company with no employees and making deductions for contributions that are not deducible. Of course, I should have reviewed more carefully (my bad) , but for their very expensive fees, you would think they would know what they are doing.

If there was a negative star, that’s what I’d rate this firm. The head Partner, Mark Foat is an unprofessional, stressed-out, hot head who is unwilling to explain your tax return. When I asked that he help me understand why I owed $7k in taxes, his response was “what does it matter!?”. This is a very expensive firm and I expected the price to include basic client service. The prior year they made a mistake in my return that would have resulted in a unnecessary $12k payment. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great people, who each specialize so well that just about every aspect of my business can be handled quickly and effectively. I have the utmost confidence in their ability to help me manage my payroll, ongoing corporation docs, and of course, taxes. I'm very happy!
