If I could give this review a negative zero I would have. I have had the WORST experience with this credit union. I have been banking with McCoy for about 10 yrs, and recently lost my debit card. I immediately called the telephone number listed on their website to report it and was told my card was cancelled. To my surprise, when I checked my acct, I had over $700 in fraudulent charges. While visiting the Ocoee branch of the McCoy FCU on 12-30-24, I sought the assistance of a member svc's rep to help me rectify a matter regarding my account. I was greeted by the branch manager (Mrs. Kristina Smith) who offered to assist me. Although, she did make me aware that it was a little after 3 pm and she had not taken a lunch break as of yet.
