I had a very disappointing experience with McCoy Federal Credit Union. My account briefly went negative, but I immediately transferred funds to bring it current and even took a screenshot showing the balance was covered. Despite this, I was still charged a $30 NSF/overdraft fee the next day. I left multiple voicemails and emails for the branch manager, but received no response for five days. I have been a member of this credit union for over 10 years. Recently, I had $1,500 stolen from my account. McCoy Federal Credit Union failed to not only protect my account from fraudulent purchases but they are also NO help afterwards. I never received any alerts about these purchases and there was no block on my account. I filed a police report and provided them with the information.
