I’ve been a member for over 20 years and every single time I go to this location it’s the absolute worse service.
I had an issue with a check I deposited today, and the ladies working at the Hamlin location this afternoon, researched and resolved the issue for me. They listened to my concern with patience, and I am grateful for their prompt resolution.
Melania was very polite and helped me secure a loan. Kind and compassionate.
They are overly concerned with their procedures and protocols that the service is very slow and you don’t feel very important as a customer.
