Everyone is so kind and patient, especially Daniela who helped me join, and assisted me with some other difficult challenges I threw at them. If you are looking for a hometown bank feel, look no further.
STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY! Just visited the Hamlin drive thru atm. I am not a McCoy member, but my credit union partners with McCoy so I thought I’d try depositing here as it was on my drive home. ATM froze mid-deposit. I went inside, they said there was nothing they could do, and to just submit a ticket with my bank. They could not provide any proof of the $890 their machine just ate that I could take to my bank. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and every single time I go to this location it’s the absolute worse service.
I had an issue with a check I deposited today, and the ladies working at the Hamlin location this afternoon, researched and resolved the issue for me. They listened to my concern with patience, and I am grateful for their prompt resolution.
