I was at Chickasaw today and Carmen was so patient and kind in assisting me today. Excellent customer service is hard to find but not at McCoy, the employees are all outstanding.
The Chickasaw Trail branch is a wonderful place to bank. They have friendly, professional employees that are ready to help their members.It gives you a happy, small town feeling just banking there. Manager Carmen Sierra is a breath of fresh air! She provides exceptional customer service and is to be commended!
I've been waiting for about an hour to be served to open a bank account and no one helped me, the place was literally empty and no one came out.
