i have been a member for over 25 years and have many times contemplated switching banks due to the sorry attitudes by other branches/branch managers...trust me...have run across pathetic ones but have to say the apopka branch has great service with great people and a GREAT branch manager...hhhhmmm maybe thats why the ones who work under kapricia portray the same attitude...i drive 30 mins to go to this bank and i have one 5 mins down the road...awesome group
I was treated respectfully and like an actual person. Claude was very willing to answer any questions with patience and intrinsic knowledge. Very friendly too
