Matt’s a legend. I’ve used his services/worked with him for several years now. Can appreciate the comment made about Matt being overwhelmed during covid times - but seriously who wasn’t? Not recommended! I think the office fell apart over covid and Matt is overwhelmed. The person we started with at Mccormick no longer worked there and we began direct communication with Matt which was disastrous .Went to check on visa status and found out a year had gone by without him submitting the second stage of our application. He will schedule meetings and repeatedly cancel with endless excuses. Very bizarre behavior here. Look elsewhere if you care about your future.
Had booked a visa with them pre-covid. After covid hit obviously the process was caught up. Paid for government fees which obviously never eventuated. Requested to discuss my options, and have been ignored after leaving multiple emails and a message with reception. I'm effectively $1.5k out of pocket which I can respect is not their fault entirely, but I think it is wrong to take that from me with zero compensation and not even be able to tell me directly that I will not be receiving my money back.
Matt is an awesome lawyer and an overall great bloke.
