Worst experience ever with a law firm. My lawyer- Cole blatantly lied to me yesterday stating my medical bills were requested two months ago from a clinic I’ve build a good relationship with over the last six months. When I contacted them today, they stated they had not received any request for medical records. They have been handling my case for four months now with little professionalism and follow through. I don’t receive updates unless I call. The attorney handling my case has made a lot of empty promises to get further information and get back to me but has failed every time. I would never use this firm again and I would not recommend. You are better off settling directly with the insurance company rather than giving them almost 40% when they are not working in the best interest of you as the client.
