“Intake department” was rude and unhelpful when i called to inquire about an incident at target that left me with a broken nose, 2 black eyes and 5 stitches to my forehead. I’ve never been in a situation like this, to expect me to know exactly what to do, then be rude and dismissive when i don’t, is crazy. Wouldn’t trust them at all.
