We got a judgement from them. *****update talked to a very nice gentleman that explained exactly how I can go about paying my debt and I appreciate the honesty and will own up to what and how the law works. They don’t work with you! In my opinion, when you even try to fight them, it seems like everyone is on their side judges and all and again in my opinion and they are going after me for something that’s 20 years old. I’ve already paid off what I owe everything that they say I owe is interest And this is just ridiculous. I wouldn’t Use them if they were the last lawyer on the Earth!
I would like to know how in Dec. According to the court where my garnishment judgement is why the court documents say I owe x amount of dollars but the document that this lawyers office sent to my employer with the amount owed is $100 more than x amount in 2 months?! And please don't go on about interest this, fees this. Everyone watch your balances.
