Fantastic advice and customer service. I had my previous bike for over 20 years, so the options available for a new bike were a little overwhelming. Jacob made the whole process easy and helped me to discover that I could have access to a much wider range of cycle routes with the right bike. I have had the bike for 2 weeks now and have been having a blast. Thank you

Before jumping in head first after a 20 odd year cycling break, I decided to drop into McConvey Cycles to have a chat. I found the person I spoke to (Lance), was unbelievably knowledgeable and even more friendly. Looking forward to booking a fitting, buying a bike with them and getting back into it.
Brilliant family owned bike shop. Looked after excellently by Lance and Connor. Superb range of products and knowledge.
Made an arrangement for Mcconveys to fix the brakes and do a service. So last Saturday I brought it down only to be told they couldn't because they didn't have the part for the brakes and to take the bike away as they didn't have insurance to cover the bike as I didn't buy it from them. This was really inconvenient lifting the bike in and out of the car. However they did recommend the bike shop up the ormeau road and he was very decent repaired the brakes there and then.
