Was looking for a knowledge local firm to assist with a new business and personal tax return, but was quoted an astronomical rate from a receptionist fielding calls that knew nothing about my business. After questioning her on this, was offered to then speak with a partner. Guess they really are not interested in new business. Perhaps a local independent would be best.
