Was advised Mr McClure and his staff were best fitting to support my mother in her mental health advocacy and become representation for her during ill health. Weeks of little communication, ignorance and wrongful representation. Sadly this combined with neglect on NHS part we lost my mum on the day of hearing. Neither Mr McClure or any of his team reached out after this apart from sending on detainment correspondence after her death! Would avoid working with at all costs.

Terrible service, called 5 times, waited nearly 3 weeks with no call back. Knew there was a reason I never went back after using them 15 years ago.
Absolutely shocking firm this is! I have been phoning for the past month. And I keep getting excuses and cannot get any professional help. Avoid this place.
