Better than doing it yourself, but bad communication skills. I got these guys through a referral from my real estate agent. The only time they answered my emails or texts was when they wanted to tell me not to do something that was inconvenient for them. When I had a question about not receiving the contract (they had another clients information in it) or questions about how the sale was going to work I did not hear from them. I agree with what Anna Supplee stated about letting her friends pick through. All her reviews on Facebook are from buyers and not from the client. There is a complaint on the BBB about her not handing over records of her sales $20 and over. My grandmother had the same problem. We never received this and it has been well over a year or two ago. NEVER use this person for your Estate Sales!!
