If I could give minus 5 stars and counting down it still wouldn't be enough for this gum ball machine outfit of liars and thieves. The worst I've ever had the displeasure of meeting and my own stupidity at what they are caused me to hire them as my attorneys for storm damage claim. They lied from go!! My house is falling apart and their crooked asses have been suspended due to "Unsavory" actions. They give the word "schister" a whole new gutter rat feel!!!
Just terrible. Weeks and months go by and they keep giving the same updates that mean nothing. So far I've done most of the calling and coordination with adjusters and insurance myself. Find anyone else than MMA

SCAMMERS!!!!! They scammed my Grandmother and took the insurance money she needed to repair her home after Hurricane Ida. It's been almost a year now and still we've received NOTHING! They used to answer our calls, but when we started asking questions, it goes straight to voicemail or all phone lines have been cut off! We've hired a lawyer and WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES!!! Shame on this scum a company!!!

Avoid! phone calls, emails and text messages go for MONTHS with no return. Sorry I ever even considered them. All they want is low hanging fruit, they don't actually care about their clients.
We want a reply today via email that you are accepting our insurance company's offer. We have been emailing and calling you for 2 mos . The only reply we keep getting is that you are very busy! Case # 2204520
This company appears to be a FULL-FLEDGED SCAM ARTIST CAMP. We have been trying to get in touch with them for over a month, to no avail. Even our insurance company has had a ridiculously hard time reaching them via telephone or e-mail. Very strange. No calls are ever returned and a person NEVER answers the phone; it is always voicemail or a messaging service. Definitely reporting them.
