This review DOES reflect Mcclain Vaughn. I left their office after the first visit. They were very rude and unprofessional. The receptionists said she called me but did not leave a message, to tell me that they are cash only. I did not find that out until I arrived that day. She said it wasn't her fault I didn't know that. They said I would have to reschedule for another day and wouldn't wait for me to go to an ATM.
You would never get the service with another law firm that you get with Vaughn and Taan. Not only does Vaughn have a tremendous legal mind but he also provides compassionate and thoughtful attention. Taan, Vaughn's legal assistant, called me late one evening simply to offer me piece of mind "so that I might rest well." You might make some mistakes along the way but retaining Vaughn and Taan will not be one of them.
Great attorney, for someone from San Jose to put a bad review for Vaughn mcclain office is so wrong. How can you go into their office if you live in San Jose Ca. I think your review should be taken down, so upsetting.
