I contacted them for assistance with a tax issue, and received not only excellent, helpful, and direct advice regarding said issue, but some unexpected and welcome life advice as well. After a lengthy consultation call explaining my entire situation being completely transparent they stated they could definitely assist me. I paid the fee and uploaded every single document requested and all communications with IRS prior to their taking on the file. Months later I'm told resolutions don't apply to "someone like me" and I should "find the money to pay". I could have put the money I've paid them towards the debt.
