Definitely seem like nice people there at the office. After paying for representation, I felt like I was not told everything. Seven months go by and nothing determined of the situation. For that I would not recommend.
The IRS hit us with an unfair tax penalty after some letters didn’t make it to them during COVID. The IRS officer we first talked to was a liar and unhelpful but McCauley guided us through the process and took care of all correspondence and phone calls to help us get the penalty totally absolved. I was very skeptical about paying a lawyer, but it was definitely worth it.
