Very professional, considerate, and prompt.
Not only were they unsuccessful at securing an outcome that benefited me the customer. After I removed my account from their services they couldn’t provide me with basic information like the name or phone number of the creditor or even my case number. Knowing very well they were given copies of everything so I know you have my case number on some of the court orders provided. But it’s much easier for them to completely cut u off and tell you figure it out on your own. Oh and a pet peeve of mine… you should respect the commun... read more
