I will be using McCarthy Tax Service for the rest of my life. I’ve been using McCarthy Tax Service in Yorkton for the past 3 years. H&R block wanted 10% of what I got on my return and ended up having to pay them $250. McCarthy Tax Service only charged me like $110. Barb Stuckey also helped me get some money back from the meals and kms I claim from the railway as well as kms I used for my small business on the Pow-wow trail. H & R Block refused to help get any sort of tax return on my expenses.

I took my tax information in to this office on March 24,2022. I did not hear from them after 3 weeks so I called them. They told me they were busy. On April 28 after not hearing anything from them I went to the office and since my file had not even been started I took my taxes to another place. I know of other clients that took their taxes in later and have received their’s back. They do not process on first come first serve bases. Maybe my file was more complicated but they should have told me when I took my taxes in.
