Poor communication. Everything was done online or by email. Never actually got to go into the office and speak to the solicitor directly which we found quite strange. Documentation was supposed to be passed into a main reception in the investment centre, something we weren't happy in doing. Any questions that we wanted to ask went through the solicitors secretary via email or a phone call, we had to chase things up all the time. We felt like they thought they were doing us a favour.
We've used MBH Solicitors twice now and had fantastic experiences both times, particularly with Caroline and her team. They managed to complete our purchase under a very tight deadline ahead of the stamp duty increase and were thorough, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them!
