My experiences using them as my Mortgage Solicitors was very positive, received constant feedback and was able to reach them on the phone any time I needed, my process was led by Dawn Jones.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I spoke to a trainee solicitor here - they need better training if this is how you speak to customers. I strongly suggest you do not use this company.
Always a pleasure working with MBH. As an estate agent, it can be frustrating when a seller or buyer choose a slow, poor conveyancer. When a client chooses MBH, I never have to worry about that. The communication is always great from Caroline and her team!
Poor communication. Everything was done online or by email. Never actually got to go into the office and speak to the solicitor directly which we found quite strange. Documentation was supposed to be passed into a main reception in the investment centre, something we weren't happy in doing. Any questions that we wanted to ask went through the solicitors secretary via email or a phone call, we had to chase things up all the time. We felt like they thought they were doing us a favour.
