The owner is great and provides excellent services.
I don't usually give reviews but people should be warned: this place has the worst customer service EVER in my experience. I went with my 88 year old mother who had recently been released from the hospital and we needed to get some power of attorney/health docs notarized. The notary made a mistake which made one of the docs unusable (mistakes happen) but then HE got angry when we asked him about it. He slammed down our money to refund part of the job and said "what do you want me to do!" I was hoping at least for a decent pe... read more
We had a great experience here when trying to get our new title and plates transferred. It was a bit of a unique situation and Michelle was incredibly helpful! She talked with us about the best way to handle getting everything set, took our vehicle identification info in advance and held onto the paperwork until my husband could get the plates back to the state department and overnight the title back to me. Their sign, website and Google Maps all say that they close at 3pm on Saturday. I arrived at 2:17pm on Saturday, and a man was at the door and he opened it and told me they were closed until Tuesday. (Memorial Day holiday is Monday.) And I asked, “Aren't you open til 3pm?” He hesitated and said, “Closed til Tuesday.” It’s really bad business when you can’t count on establishments to be open when they say they will be open.
