Was disappointed in my experience. Went here as I was tired of doing our taxes and saw the good reviews. Was hoping to get some pointers on how to do better but I learned nothing. And she told us that in coming years we can just drop off our docs which didn't fit the personalized service others described. But what was most frustrating was I needed to file an amended state return, due to something I forgot for the previous year and Vicki said she could handle.
