My father passed away without will. He had both real snd personal property in 2 different states. I won't go into detail but the estate was a total nightmare. But McCall Stern stepped in and navigated it like a walk in the park. I've never seen anyone work so well with so many different entities, people and personalities simultaneously, including but limited to the IRS, probate Judges, banks, heirs, gov't bureaucrats opposing attorneys, and on and on. Poor Service. Not consistent and has never responded directly. Prolonged our case and cannot provide information that has been requested. I hired my attorney a month ago. I have been trying to get information over a year now and you have failed to help me in anyway. You have also failed to respond to my attorney promptly. I should not have had to hire another attorney just to get information on my inheritance. Thanks!!
