They prefer to meet with all of their clients before the big day to get to know them and what is important for their big day. This helped us formulate a plan and timeline for our wedding day to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. John sent us several sneak peeks about 24 hours after our wedding and returned all of our pictures to us within a month of our wedding day.
