It had been extremely frustrating dealing with this Law Firm. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and do not make dealing with them a smooth transaction.
Worst customer service ever! These lawyers were provided by my builder which is how I found them. My bank had put a rush order on my mortgage because I was going on vacation soon and I wanted to make an appointment before I left town. I called the office and they never picked up. I have left voice mails and they don’t return phone calls. I emailed them and they replied saying that they did not receive the instructions from my bank.
