I had hip surgery in January 2021 I was told then that I was going to be the smallest patient they had ever worked on. While I was in surgery they damaged my knee it took them 4 months to realize what they had done. So now here it is 2022 and they will not let me come back due to I still owe them money for my hip surgery which they sent to collections. I thought McBride was awesome for my husbands ankle surgery, neck surgery and hip replacement, but McBride claims to have a bundle package for people who are self insured or self pay. The receptionist said she has never seen a doctor turn down a self-pay (which you pay prior to the surgery) for a bunion surgery for my daughter. Guess what, Dr. Bentley Edmonds and Dr David Woods decline the surgery. You are disgusting. I will NEVER have a procedure done at McBride EVER.

Very rude staff. Front office women treat you like your shit. MA’s very curt, mean and just down right ugly to people! My PA whose name is Steve Popielec had me empty out my pockets because I was wearing a pair of cargo pants, than proceeded to pat me down before he checked me for a hernia!! This is the most unprofessional group of professionals that I have ever had to see in my 28 years as a CDL Driver!! God help you if your a driver whose company utilizes their services!!!
