We were travelling through town and had a small mechanical. The guys at the shop were great and really kind of them to squeeze us in so we still had time to ride trails before traveling on.
McBike was the third shop I took my broken wheel to on this long road trip, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call the next day that it was all ready to go - no excuses or changes to the estimate. Heiko took one look at it and knew exactly what was wrong and what it needed. He offered me three different rims to choose from and gave me a clear and concise estimate which was the final cost and which I thought was very fair and reasonable.
Tyler and crew were fantastic to deal with. Between boxing up our bikes for transport for us and helping me pick out some gear, we felt well looked after. Friendly and technically sound staff! I'll be back in next time I'm in Smithers for certain.
The most funnest place to be...just Heaven!
