Knowing how to do the work is worth more to me than doing the work incorrectly multiple times for a fraction the price. With all love and respect to other bike mechanics I've visited, the fact that I've been sold and installed the wrong chain for the bike that the other shop themselves sold me and then blamed me for the poor shifting problems while Steve from Mecanocycle noticed the problem right away just shows the difference in quality and skill. I went to go on a long bike ride and my electronic shifting on my bike was not working. Within 2 min they fixed and adjusted by bike and didn’t even charge me. Will definitely the service for my bikes here.
