We have bought and sold 24 homes, this was the worst experience ever. Morgan never went over numbers with us when we went into sign, this was an absolute first as all lawyers always do this, and questions are answered....that didn't happen either, then got a call to go back they forgot to have some documents signed, they misplace the documents from the mortgage company regarding bridge financing, registered the sale price as higher then what we paid, tried to tell me it wouldn't affect assessment, that's not true as confirme... read more
