I have been going to Mcalisters restaurants for 15 or more years. I have enjoyed the tea extremely. The food is delicious also. BUT there are some changes that need to be made. First of all. Why cant we get our own tea refills? I feel as though I am disturbing the employees & the people that are trying to get their order in. Secondly the dishes & SILVERWARE is always dirty!!!!!
