What an unpleasant experience I lived with these people, are really despicable ... do not put your bank information on this website.I put my new card on this website and a few days later they wanted to use it, being the only place where I entered my information.
DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE TO BOOK AN ONLINE RESERVATION. I PUT MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN AND ONCE I GOT TO THE RENTAL PLACE I TOLD HIM I BOOKED A RESERVATION ONLINE. HE STATED THEY DON'T DO RESERVATIONS ONLINE AND A FEW DAYS LATER MY CARD HAD OVER $600 WORTH OF UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS.
I originally was very happy with the service, it was easy to rent the car, no hoops to jump through.....little did I know that would bite me in the arse later on. We were originally told that they didn't accept debit deposits, but that they would make an exception for us bc we were on a time crunch. We were told that it would take 3-5 business days to receive the refund.
