Experience was okay. We used this bus company on my son's field trip and the bus we rode on was decent. However, my seatbelt did not work and a screen that was supposed to be infront of my seat seemed to be ripped out. Bus could use some cleaning and seat cover replacement as the seat was ripped. The bus also smelt a little funky. Overall, pretty decent.
TERRIBLE DRIVERS
Driver (Marcus) was wonderful. Always friendly and helpful . I had a cane and he Helped me enter and depart every time. Excellent driving and we were always on time. Definitely a 5 star guy. The bus was comfortable and clean Temperature was not too cold and not too coljd
