If I could give 0 stars then I would. I can't believe the poor customer service in that store. My niece and I were in there and There were 10% off your purchase signs hanging up and it didn't ring that way at the register. So the cashier says, you're not getting the 10% so do you want it or not? My niece said yeah, but it'd be nice to have the 10% and she said well you're not getting it so give me your money. I've never had such a rude cashier who made the snotiest comments, who also talked rude to other customers about us!!... read more

The manager Jen was very rude!!! I'd never bring my business into the store again.. As for tom in sporting good's, he made you lose a customer that was going to purchase a 600$ gun!! Keep up the good work

I went in and bought 3 items totaling $32 (soccer ball, pair of socks, whistle). I went throughout the rest of the mall and was able to find the EXACT same items , twice as much (2 soccer balls, 2 pairs soccer socks, water bottle, whistle, and white board) for the EXACT same price , actually $7 less .... I went in to return and the girl that processed my return was SO rude. Asked what stores I went to find the items. I was SO offended. Never will I be back and as a coach I will recommend to my parents other stores.
