BEWARE!!!!!! Very bad service. My mother went and had taxes done there and was charged even for the tax lady to create my mothers irs profile account. Then after my mother requested for the information login to the irs payment login for her and she was denied that information. She was told that they could not provide her with that information that when she needs to make a payment that she will have to go to them and make the payment but that they will charge her for it even if its online thru her irs portal. Service was alright the owner knows what she is doing to an extent. However, customer service is horrible. If you have an issue arise because of their fault they will take their sweet time because either it's tax time and they are too BUSY and don't want to give you time or it is off season and no one is available(because it is not tax time and I already paid ).
