Went here looking for a dress for a quinceañera and were greeted by one girl who passed us off to another. She went to check “in the back” for a size and never returned—instead, someone else came to help. At least we had assistance, but the whole experience felt a bit unorganized, like we were asking too much. I get that those dresses are heavy, but still. My granddaughter tried on a few, but we didn’t find anything she loved.

Staff is soo rude especially blond hair lady works in bridal section. She’s doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Will never buy anything from place where they don’t know how to treat their customers.

This used to be the "it" place for dresses. They are changing gears and catering to quinceanera dresses, bridal dresses, prom, mother of the bride, and tuxedos for the males. There are some shoes and accessories. Theres nothing really for someone that doesn't want to look like an older lady or a prom goer. Theres nothing in between anymore. Estelle's is the absolute best destination for formal wear on Long Island. I was completely blown away by their incredible selection of dresses, they truly have something for every taste and event, whether you need a classic gown or something trendy and modern. The store has so much, the inventory is exceptional. I was having a lot of trouble finding a last minute dress for an event. It made finding a dress an easy, stress-free, and fun experience!
