Doesn’t respond to their “Contact Us” section on their website. I contacted them about mold in our new construction home and heard nothing back.
Disclaimer Mcnelis and Associates is not my attorney. This review is based on their firm not responding to negotiations between their client and myself. After multiple emails over the course of a few weeks and no response. Their client finally reached out to me after I reach out directly to them and told them their attorney wasn't responding, from there negotiations started back up with Mcnelis and Associates. I did not receive a simple "we are waiting to hear back from our client" or a "we no longer represent that client."
No sense of urgency to solve problems for their clients.
