At Loudonville's MAC all of the needs of my mother, and all of the other loved ones at the time, were met. During those years mom was safe, comfortable, well fed, entertained, medically monitored, and surrounded by loving people -- owners staff, and residents.
Our experience with McMullen Assisted Care in Loudonville Ohio was the greatest we could ask for. Kay was with them 12 months and there was never a problem with the staff or the owners. They were the best of the best. Always open minded to any suggestions. They treated everyone as family. The facility was always clean and welcoming. The even let us put in a small flower garden outside her window, complete with bird feeders and bird baths. If I could I would really give "The Mac" 10 stars. What a wonderful place for folks who need some assistance in everyday living! My mother came to the Mac from Houston, Texas where she had lived most of her life. We always joked that she came "kicking and screaming." However, within a few months she told me she was so glad that she had come to live in Ohio and especially glad to live at the Mac. My father moved into McMullen Assisted Care two years ago. The staff was welcoming and immediately made it feel like home. I could not have asked for better care for my father, and his medical needs were many. He took advantage of the activities offered and thrived in McMullen’s caring atmosphere.
