This guy is a scam artist! I had to give him one star because it wouldn't let me select NO stars. This guy (Rick Malinowski, aka M.C.Modifications) promises you the world, and then takes your money. After waiting on this guy for 2 and 1/2 years, I finally refinanced my house on my own. He told me repeatedly that he would "get it done". While he was "getting it done" for 2 and 1/2 years, I continued to make payments at the higher interest rate. Even if he finally did what he promised, there's not getting that money back.
