I used to deal with the ladies at the tax office on a daily when I worked in real estate title closings handling all the pre closing curative stuff and all the ladies were very patient, kind and friendly. I say patient because there were certain times of the year and always end of month closings, we would have to call them non stop when taxes were due, and or delinquent, but with no fuss they gave us the info we needed with a smile. I have to say, I know some DMVs are bad, especially if busy, but the experience here was awesome. We went yesterday when it wasn't so busy, didn't set up an appt first, were seen within 10 minutes of getting there. Everyone we talked to was super helfpul with everything. From the person we talked to before going in, the person at the information desk, Luis and his cohorts next to him and the persons helping ensure we had all the right documents, information and signatures for everything we were doing.
