Sent their office an email asking legitimate and valid closed questions, and 'Milan' quite judgementally passed it off as 'Spam'. This was a first-time engagement with this firm, and it's safe to say that they don't give a damn about taking 2 minutes out of their time to reply back to emails with either a 'Yes' or 'No' or 'Maybe'. Never again, just can't stand their ignorance and I can't imagine that they would be useful in representing potential clients in professional negligence claims.
