I got an appt quickly, Helen took the $250 consultation fee, only to tell me days later after reviewing the case she did not have time for me. I asked for half my money back since she admitted a conflict in scheduling and was refused. Honestly she should give all my money back. It was her scheduling error. I hope this never happens to you.
