I called to ask a few questions. First time i called the phone got disconnected. I called back and the lady at front desk transferred me back to a gentleman who answer the phone and before i could speak said " i cant give out any answers over the phone without an appointment because the one thing i do know is how to make a living. Thanks and good bye". I found this very rude and unprofessional.
