I mean its a currency exchange what do you expect, i was in and out in less then 10 minutes and the fee was reasonable, overall it worked just as expected.
I have gone there throughout the years for faxing among other things and have always been happy. No waiting and always respectful
All the employees at the McHenry location are always friendly and helpful
