Waiting and waiting on these people/this business to get our closing documents. Called them 2 weeks ago after receiving a letter. 4 days before closing when I still haven't received anything, they claim they didn't get the message about a full discussion over the phone then promised to get me the documents that day. Next day, still no documents. The property sale closes in a few days and now I have to find a notary when my wife and I are available over a 3 day weekend when every place is closed.
