This is where I live. I have a studio apartment below the nursing home. I pay $550.00 a month that includes water, electric, cable, and trash pick up. The people are friendly. I also have free,wash and dryer for laundry.you don't have to buy soap, bleach or solfner it put it in when you wash. A GREAT place to live!
