What was supposed to be a simple divorce between my wife and me turned into wasting thousands of dollars for no reason just to then return to what was originally proposed - 50/50 custody and parenting and equal division of assets. Do yourself a favor, if you want to keep any of your assets, don’t hire Amy.
DO NOT HIRE. Amy should be disbarred. She does not have the best interest for her clients in mind, she seeks to prolong divorces as long as possible so she makes money and you are broke.
The absolute worst attorney is none other than Amy. She will purposely cause conflict between two divorcing people to intentionally rack up bills. Private investigator's, ridiculous agreements that the other party would never agree to, the list goes on, in order to go to a contested divorce. AVOID, run away, at all costs, do not hire her.
It’s interesting reading a lot of the negative reviews because all of them are coming from the opposite side of cases she has represented - which speaks volumes for her work. For Christ’s sake never let Mary answer questions or have you sign anything. Other than that Amy is a true bulldog and if you aren’t a dumpster fire of a case and person you are highly likely to win in spades. Won me emergency custody of my 5 step boys and 2 girls when mom was having postpartum issues and got my full time with my girls by the end of it. Edit: Oh yeah then she won me 50/50 with my youngest little girl after that so weigh reviews with salt.
