For Christ’s sake never let Mary answer questions or have you sign anything. Other than that Amy is a true bulldog and if you aren’t a dumpster fire of a case and person you are highly likely to win in spades. If you want your family torn apart during an already tough time. This is the attorney for you. She is a horrible person. I encourage anyone that has been wronged to file a bar complaint. Through my research this is a repetitive thing she does. To think that I testified for her in a custody hearing prior to her trying to destroy my relationship with my kiddos. She is a liar at best.

Amy McFarland is the worst, she represented my ex in our custody case. Told him to stop all communication between me and my daughter, the cops call it a civil matter so not much help there. I thought that was illegal for an attorney to do that because I still had visitation. Her end game is adoption. So please be warned. Pay your child support through DHS.
